Return Guidelines
To be eligible for return or exchange:

1.The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original undamaged condition.
2.All original product tags and packaging must remain intact.

Products failing the quality check may not qualify for refund or exchange.

Important Notes

• In case you receive an incorrect, defective, or missing product, please provide a clear
• video of the unboxing process within 24 working hours of delivery.
  Claims submitted without proper video proof may not be processed.
  

Once the returned item is received and successfully passes our quality check:

• A confirmation email will be sent to you.
• The refund will be issued within 7 working days to your original payment method (or bank account for COD orders).
